Rinjani volcano Trek prices can vary wildly. To climb Rinjani cost you from $200 to $500 for minimum 2 participants for 2 days to 3 days trip. There are some operators advertising cheap Rinjani trekking price that cost below $150. We don’t advise to go there because you will share with more than 10 persons in one group with a poor quality of services.

Our guides and porters are involved in ecotourism , we ask them to leave the least trace of their passage. And If you love Nature like we do, try the new trek from Tetebatu and Timbanuh.

Rinjani volcano trek: packages and preparation


What You need to bring:

  • Good hiking shoes and extra socks
  • A head torch
  • Waterproof clothes
  • Warm clothes
  • Bonnet, scarf and gloves
  • Sun hat, sun screen and sunglasses
  • Bathers (if you plan to swim in the hot springs or in the waterfall)
  • A couple of changes of clothes and small towel, flip-flop
  • Trekking poles is advised

Note:

  • Special foods and drinks (Diet, Vegetarian etc.) available on request.
  • Our packages are made to offer the best service and to make you enjoy and safely.
  • Guide and porters are Ecotourism concerned.

All packages prices includes:

  • Pick-up and drop-off from any location within Lombok by private vehicle to Tetebatu, Senaru or Sembalun (extra charge of $10 for Sekotong, Ekas or Selong Belanak).
  • Accommodation in a comfortable hotel, one night prior to starting your trek.
    • Hotel Les Rizieres Lombok (Tetebatu) - Superior bedroom (2 to 4 persons / room)
    • Hotel in Sembalun or Senaru: depends on availabilities
  • Quality camping equipment: tents, sleeping mats, sleeping bags, toilet tents and pillow.
  • An experienced English-speaking guide and professional porters.
  • Entrance fees to the national park.
  • 3 meals a day, 3 liters mineral water a day, snacks, fruits and drinks during your trek.

This is a most wonderful place, a real paradise. The terrace in the middle of the rice fields with stunning views over Gunung Rinjani is sheer bliss. The food was excellent and the owners very friendly and helpful as was the staff. We felt like part of the family. We also went on the day excursion they offer walking through the rice fields, forest and visiting the waterfall. I will always treasure this day as an absolute highlight of our 2 weeks on Lombok. I highly recommend this pearl of a place.

Thomas and Katie are great people, the staff is also very nice and helpful. All of them are interesting people to talk to and we got a good impression what young people on Lombok think about their lifes and the world. The offered tours are recommended and worth the money! Food at the restaurant is good, so you do not need to bother going anywhere else if you are tired in the evening. We especially liked the terrace of the restaurant with an overwhelming view over the rice fields and mount Rinjani. A very relaxing and welcoming place. You get an impression of the village life of you walk outside, can take a walk in the rice fields and also just relax.
