Cancellations - Partially refundable:

• You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation.
• You will be charged 100% of the total price if you cancel in the 15 days before arrival.
• You will be charged 100% of the total price if you don’t show up.

Prepayment:

• To validate your reservation a prepayment of the total amount of your stay is expected.
• Prepayment policies are identical for all rooms type. 

Children and extra beds :

• All children are welcome.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

No age restriction:

• There is no age requirement for check-in
